Would you rather have one meal plan that’s rigid and doesn’t accommodate for that basketball game you’re going to on Tuesday or the birthday party happening on Saturday or maybe it’s more realistic to learn how to meal plan that fits your family’s schedule and can be modified to accommodate changes that arise?

I’m all about finding a sustainable solution that will help you out in real life. I’ll give you the tools you need so meal planning isn’t as daunting and new recipes to inspire you as you create plans week by week. Pretty soon, you’ll surprise yourself with easy meal planning can be and how less stressful your life is because of it.





I know, it seems strange for a dietitian to not make you weigh yourself at each visit. But in all honesty, I don’t even own a scale! That’s because I don’t use weight as an indicator of your success. Weight is just one tool to measure your health. When I meet with clients, I like to dig deeper into why you want to lose the weight – and this is what we focus on instead. Perhaps it’s having more energy to play with your kids, to lower your risk for chronic diseases, or to feel more confident in how you look. 




While many individuals do lose weight when they come to see me (if that was their goal), weight isn’t the ultimate goal here. By learning to listen to your body’s hunger cues and forming a healthier relationship with food, you’ll likely start noticing other positive changes in addition to weight loss like feeling better, sleeping more soundly, or having more energy. Just because you didn’t reach your “goal weight,” doesn’t mean you failed. Weight is just one aspect of living a healthier lifestyle, but there are a lot of other more meaningful ways to measure this as well.

I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide you with a Superbill upon request. This is a form with all the information the insurance company needs. You can submit this form to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I accept credit card, check, or cash prior to the coaching sessions. 




Most of us don’t expect to learn how to play an instrument from one lesson or master riding a bike after the first ride. Likewise, changing your perspective on food and relearning how to eat in order to honor your body isn’t done in a day. We all need support when we’re doing things for the first time. That’s why I have multiple different packages to hold you accountable and encourage you when you feel like quitting (which, spoiler alert, isn’t after the first session). And when you do finish your coaching sessions, I’ll feel better knowing you have the tools you need to continue on your own.
