The first step is scheduling a free 30-minute discovery call with me to see if I’m a good fit for you—no strings attached! During this call, I’ll learn more from you and where you’re at on your nutrition journey and you’ll hear from me about my food philosophy and my approach to helping you lead a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
From there, we’ll talk through what program will work best for you and get an appointment scheduled. The initial coaching session is 60-minutes where I’ll complete a full dietary and health assessment to really get to know where you’re at—whether that’s individually or as a family. We’ll set realistic goals and develop a personalized plan that will get you started the moment you leave.
Don’t worry, you’re not left alone to your own devices once your initial coaching session is over. We’ll stay connected (as much or as little as you’d like) in between sessions through unlimited virtual support. This will help us pick up right where we left off when we meet again at your 30-minute follow up sessions (whether that’s virtually or in person is up to you).
